Today we are implementing an important change in the Colway International ordering system: paper invoices will no longer be automatically sent out. Instead, we will be implementing a system of electronic invoices. In this way, we not only save the environment a little, but also make access to your invoices much more convenient than before.

What are the main advantages of e-invoices?

Most of all, they save paper. Additionally, there is no pollution of air and water from creating and later recycling the paper, and the e-invoice is available immediately upon issue.

You’ll find an archive of electronic documents in your mailbox. Our system also allows you to download invoices for completed orders in PDF format, from ‘Settlements’ -> ‘Order history’. 

Less tree felling, less contamination of water sources and reduced carbon dioxide emissions mean a cleaner environment for our grandchildren, and a shared contribution to caring for the planet on which we live.

When will I receive my e-invoice?

Automatically, after submitting your order, the e-invoice and an order summary will be sent to your e-mail address.

I still want to receive a paper invoice!

We strongly believe that you’ll want to take advantage of the electronic option if you care about the environment. However, if you really do prefer a physical document, just tick the appropriate box at the ordering stage.
